Homart Participates in 2016 City2Surf
Homart Group was established in 1992, and in the past 24 years, Homart has regularly been involved in various charity activities. This time, Homart will again take action to help people who are visually impaired by attending this years City2Surf run.
City2Surf is a popular road running event held annually in Sydney since the first run in 1971, covering a 14km course. The event is a fun run as well as a race, attracting both competitive runners and community participants who can choose to run or to walk. The event attracts more than 80,000 entrants annually, and commences in Hyde Park through the suburbs of East Sydney and finishes in Bondi Beach.
Homart employees were actively involved in City2Surf this year. Many of them were training hard before the run and everyone were achieving good results on the day. Homart regularly invested in employees wellbeing by providing health and occupational trainings.
