Miss World Australia Tess Alexander and Australian Marathon Olympic runner James Nipperess supported the Jackie Chan《Build a School for a Dollar》 project launch held in Shanghai recently.

More than 300 guests from Australia and China attended the event at Shanghai Jackie Chan Film Gallery.

James Nipperess said all children should have an equal opportunity to receive an education.

“I am all for a great cause such as Jackie Chan Build a School for a Dollar project. I think all children should have the opportunity to receive education no matter where they are and who they are. Education is the key factor to help children out of poverty and to have a bright future,” he told the press.

“I have been working with Homart Group for the limited edition – Dragon gift supplements sets charity auction. The proceeds of todays event will go to the Jackie Chan Build a School for a Dollar project. We hope to see all children can have a bright future.”

Tess Alexander said she is honoured to be involved in this charity mission. Shearers donated some UGG boots for the disadvantaged kids to keep them warm for the winter.
