Homart pharmaceuticals has warmly received the visit from Taiwan University of technology accompanied by University of Western Sydney. The tour was comprised by the EMBA from Taiwan university of technology is a technology university located at south of Taiwan Tainan province, founded in 1969. Taiwan university of technology has stick to the school motto derives from The Analects of Confucius. In Confucius’ opinion – understanding;, clarity, gentleness, courtesy, honesty and respect. It has cultivated thousands and thousands of highly educated professional engineers and leaders who have contributed to the society development significantly. This visit was organized by university of western Sydney. After thoughtful consideration and negotiation, university of western Sydney has finally decided to proceed with Homart pharmaceuticals- a leading health and wellness company which has won 14 prestigious international and national awards. It wishes that this visit could bring business insight and inspirations to the EMBA students. It also hope this could be a good opportunity for EMBA students to learn and discuss the secrets and experience of running such a successful business corporation and fast growing business strength.
Taiwan university of technology has consistently cooperated with University of Western Sydney. This time, the tour of 30 EMBA students are all selective students. The team was lead by professor Ran-Xiao, all the scholars are elite. During the visit, the students also asked various questions regarding the business management-this has pushed the atmosphere to a climax.
This tour is guided by Lynn YEH-managing director of Homart Pharmaceuticals, she actively shared her success of running the business and some thoughts. With the accompaniment of Managing Director Ms Lynn YEH, Homart guides to visit the showroom displaying health care and skin care products in the new factory. They learned about the various high quality products that Homart presented at the 2010 Shanghai World Expo, and visited the display centre that exhibits all the Australia and International awards/certifications won by Homart. Then, in the giant semi-hemisphere conference room capable of hosting up to 120 people., they watched the commemorative film of Homart’s 20 years anniversary, and discussed the business models of both parities. During the seminar, EMBA scholars expressed their high admiration for Homart’s corporate mission, which is to bring a healthy, balanced and happy life to the general public. For over 21 years, Homart has always cared for people’s health, producing Australian top quality health supplements and skin care products, and has always been enthusiastic about organising and participating in all activities for the benefit of health and well-being for society. All these activities impressed the EMBA scholars.
Later on, all guests were invited to big air-conditioned logistics building and Homart Museum, the one hundred year old historical site located in the beautiful natural reserve, and the nearby Upjohn National Preservation Park. The manufactory, high-quality management, and the natural and clean factory left a deep impression on our distinguished visitors from the Taiwan university of technology. .
