- Equiv. to Omega-3 Marine Triglycerides 225 mg

Dosage:
- For children 1-5 years old: take 1-2 capsules per day by piercing & squeezing content from capsule onto food or drink
- For children 6-12 years old: take 2-3 capsules per day. Chew capsules under adult supervision
